Just before seven tonight I remembered I have really fab frozen lasagna. It’s limited distribution in the Ashland, KY, / Huntington, WV, area because it’s made by a local restaurant. The lasagna bakes for 90 minutes. So I’m spending this wild ‘n wacky Saturday evening napping on the couch waiting for my fancy frozen lasagna supper to bake. Do I know how to raise the roof or what? If The Beastie Boys were still a thing I’m sure they would write a song about this level of partying.
