I'm alive?

Okay, I am alive. Not sure what I can say beyond that. Yesterday's bad omens were warning about today, apparently. I don't want to dwell too much on the bad things today. And I'm certainly not going to jinx myself by asking what more can happen? or what else can go wrong?

So instead, here are some of today's positives (however minor):

• I got lunch from the great deli/grocery. Chicken bacon ranch wrap. ohemgee. So delish.

• I was stumped on today's Wordle, but I finally got it in four.

• Two young women brought us free cans of a new(ish) energy drink as part of a local (Louisville-based company) grassroots marketing campaign. I'm sipping on one right now. It's not bad. At least it doesn't taste like the usual fermenting swamp water of energy drinks. Okay, that might not be a good thing. I don't really need another source of caffeine. It has 110% of several B vitamins. So I'm going to say it's healthy. Ish.

Well, that's not much, especially when weighed against the negatives.
