I don't know what I'm going to post, but I have a little free time.
So . . .
What have y'all been up to? I hate that our conversations are so one-sided. So share. It can all be lies; I wouldn't know you didn't really foil a bank robbery and administer the CPR that saved a teller's life.
Oh, I meant to do a follow-up post a month after I started the CBD oil. Annnnd then I forgot. And then I forgot exactly when I started the CBD. And then I forgot my name. Ok, not really, but it's close some days. I know it's been over a month now, so here's my summation after one month(+) of 1 drop of CBD oil at night:
It's great. I still have the stress spiraling out of control into total brain chaos, self-doubt, depression, etc. But I feel like it's maybe a little easier to climb out of that hole. Like I'm just fighting the emotional issues, which is puh-lenty, without battling the physical too.
I did get a stress rash on my torso again. It was bad for several days, but is clearing again. I will declare CBD oil a true miracle if I go an entire year rash-free.
I don't feel constantly twitchy and itchy inside and out (except for the recurring torso stress rash). I didn't feel nauseous, or at least not so bad, when I freaked out for a couple of weeks there.
But the main thing I've noticed with the CBD oil: no arthritis pain. None. Not even at the end of the week when, pre-CBD, I swear I could feel the bones grinding against each other like tectonic plates before a tremor. I was sure eventually I'd have my own private earthquake (armquake?) some Saturday night. No migraines, headaches are generally milder, lower back pain from too much driving time is better.
It's possible I see positives in the stress-relief because I really want to. And because it's finally really autumn. Thank god. But the pain relief was the first thing I noticed and it is definitely real.
Anyway, I better scoot. It's been nice chatting. Come back again and sit a spell. We'll swap some stories.
p.s. And all my love and encouragement to those with seasonal affective disorder. I know September & October are bad times for you.
