The next time I get to the store and realize I grabbed the wrong list I’m just going back home.

I actually fared pretty well. The only important thing I forgot is vinegar. Everything else that was on the list but wasn’t in the bags when I got home, well, they’re totally Kroger’s fault. Because Kroger didn’t have those things. Again.

Hint of lime Tostitos.

Seriously, is there a lime shortage now? Because it’s been three weeks since Kroger had hint of lime Tostitos. And the organic sea salt and lime brand has really lacked lime and salt lately.

I’m going to have to go to my mother’s neighborhood store next week. It’s amazing what I can find there when this Kroger randomly stops stocking something. The stores are less than 30 miles apart which seems like a Kroger distribution issue rather than a shortage or the ever popular supply chain problem.

p.s. I’m just chilling between grocery shopping and mowing the yard. It’s after 8:00 and I know there are plenty of people who do loud yard work this early, but I prefer to wait until 9:09. Also, shopping wore me out and I need caffeine before I operate machinery. This will only the second time I’ve mowed since getting the boot (4 weeks today! woot! only 8-12 more weeks to go!).

p.p.s. If I’m alive at supper I’m treating myself to a special meal because my car is paid off! Starting next month I’m $250 richer every month. Yes, lawmakers and other 1%ers, that’s what normal people consider a huge windfall: an extra $250/month in pocket.
