The Call of The Peacock

So I only slept on the new couch (known hereafter as The Peacock) for a bit because I kept choking on snot. Alternating rain, snow, and sleet Friday night into Saturday morning with temps dropping into the teens. Then somehow a high pollen every day starting on Monday. It's whack weather even for Kentucky in spring.

Anyway. I enjoyed the bit I was on The Peacock last night.

Today I continue seeking local movers / odd jobbers to drag the old couch (aka the Puce Giant) to the curb. Finding the Holy Grail would be easier. I finally gave up and texted my brother. Which I feel bad about because he randomly throws out his back every six months or so --and has done so for about the last twenty years. So while he's technically in so much better shape and healthier than me, he isn't really.

Now I'm trying to work out how I'm configuring almost all of the rooms when I take off a few days at the end of the month.
