My weather app shows a 40% chance of snow this weekend. Followed by a high of 70F on Monday.
Again.
My sinuses can’t take it anymore.
Today I put on a waffle weave thermal shirt (but it’s a slub, so lightweight thermal?) knowing it would be too warm while I’m at the desk but not warm enough in the car and working in the back office. So I added a light knit slub tunic over the thermal slub. I didn’t take a coat, but I did wear my fuzzy muppet-hand gloves. With the two sweaters.
Because that’s what Kentucky weather has been for the last three months: any random item you pull out of a drawer or off a hanger will be appropriate for part, tho not all, of the day. Alpaca wool sox? Light jacket? Heavy sweater? Corduroys? Capris? Itsy bitsy teeny weeny yellow polka dot bikini? It’s all equally valid and equally wrong.
Oh, and there’s another severe weather alert for the next few days for storms or wind or something. Honestly I’m not even paying attention anymore.
In other major news: I successfully retrieved, unfolded, used, folded, and returned — all without injury — the craft table I dropped on my foot three weeks ago. And made a darn cute mermaid tail tee to boot. (I’ll post a pic in the morning when the fabric paint is dry.)
