I’m just focusing — as much as possible— on seeing friends this weekend and the Renaissance festival and getting my new garb together. There is no joy at work, but I can keep turning my thoughts to better things. At least now when I can easily find better thoughts.
Anyway, here’s Uley modeling the new outfit.
He doesn’t have the parasol because I forgot I wanted to include it until just now. And he’s barefoot because I haven’t decided what shoes to wear. And I didn’t even try to attach the elf ears because, well, skeletons don’t have ears. It would be weird.
My shoulders are much broader so it won’t be so low cut on me.
There’s still a little work to do on it. I need to trim a couple of inches off of the lace. And I need to go over it all with a lint roller to get the cat fur and misc fuzz. I have more accessories to locate and pack. And pack everything else for the weekend, too. And do my nails.
I think an early night and sleeping in tomorrow comes first.
Good night.
