I'll make this quick

(Regular readers are thinking, "Yeah, right.")


The cbd experiment continues. I've taken it every night before bed. I think I might try moving it up a little, so maybe an hour before bed. I'm also trying to get back into meditation, especially just before bed.


I haven't noticed any big changes. Anxiety level maybe dropped the tiniest bit, but within the usually fluctuations. I did see a huge help with pain that I wasn't expecting. I haven't taken my usual morning naproxen for arthritis all week (yes, I realize it is only Tuesday).


p.s. Unrelated topic. (Shocker, I know.) It's cool, rainy weather (I'm even wearing slacks and long sleeves). Tomorrow is the first day of autumn. I am so ready. I just want to snuggle in pjs on the couch, turn off the lights, light my Poe patron saint candle, read "The Raven", listen to Neil Gaiman read his "Forbidden Brides of Dread Desire . . . " (that's not the full title, but you know what I mean if you know Gaiman), and watch a Vincent Price movie all while eating a big bowl of chili.
