This is not about vaxxing or masks. I have my opinion (I'm right, of course). But today I want to discuss something far more important than the pandemic.
Litter odor. (Or dear-god-how-can-such-a-tiny-butt-make-such-a-stank?!?!)
Fact 1: The wee demon produces some of the nastiest litter box stench I've ever encountered. And often she, or rather her butt, stinks long after she's been in the box. Sometimes she climbs into my lap and I gag at the reek.
Fact 2: I don't see as many stink bugs. I was reminded of this because last night there was a stink bug whirring around, keeping the cat entertained. She made a great show of stalking it even tho it just settled on a jacket I'd tossed on a chair. It strolled along the top edge.
So is that why the litter box and her butt smell so bad? Because she eats stink bugs? I will probably never know for certain.
p.s. Unrelated: the pink flamingos arrived yesterday! It was a whole drama with Amazon delivery. Again. But they came and I put them together last night while watching a seriously bad movie. The black ones are, according to an e-mail, out for delivery as we speak (or as I write, tho probably not as you read because this is all probably forgotten history by your "now").
The compression socks Shaina recommended also arrived (ordered from Amazon at the same time as the pink flamingos but delivered by USPS so nor drama just a thick envelope in my mailbox). They feel lovely. My legs felt fine after the long commute this morning. The rest of me, not so much. But no leg stiffness, so that's a start.
